Anta - Huaraz

To the north of the city of Huaraz in the districto of Anta, province of Carhuaz.

From the grandeur of its peaks, challenging and imposing, to the magnificent landscape surrounding Lake Conococha, Huaraz is one of the most attractive destinations in the Peruvian Andes. As the capital of the department of Ancash, Huaraz is home to a population of 166,625 inhabitants dedicated mainly to mining, tourism, trade and agriculture.
